The online WWW Free, Free, Free edition will ask you for your first W-2. After filling in the details for the first W-2 there will be a small box to add additional W-2s. It is not easy to see. You have to look for it. The software also asks about having more than one W-2, so you should be able to enter the 2nd W-2 at that time.
