I’m sorry I don’t understand your question.   The IRS is federal and is completely separate from your state refund.  FTB is probably for California.   Federal and state refunds come from different places at different times.   You need to look at each tax return to see the refund.   

The federal refund is on 1040 line 35a.   
California refund is on 540 page 5 line 115.
