Hello My state return was "accepted" 7 days ago (5 business days), but the withdraw from my account has not happened ( I owed state). How long should it take?

Get your tax file PDF and look the Federal and State "Electronic Filing Instructions"

IF...if, you arranged the payment with your e-file, that worksheet, for your state, will look like the picture below.....check the dates and account numbers too.

But you should note that not all states allow a D.Debit to be arranged when you E-file....but the Electronic Filing Instructions are key...if the account info is missing there, then it wasn't arranged.
