Hello, I need a copy of my 2015 tax return. I have downloaded it from your site 3-4 times and I cannot get it to print.

It sounds like you may have downloaded a copy of your tax data file.  If this is the case the file will have a .tax extension. That type of file can only be used to open a tax return with the TurboTax program.  To print a prior year return see the following FAQ:
