Hello, I have not recieved my tax refund and I spoke to the IRS this morning. She told me my case is in review. It could possibly be my income not matching up.

TurboTax receives no information from the IRS after you file your return.  No one at TT knows that you are under review.   All you can do is wait for the IRS, and provide any information to the IRS that they request.   TT will not get any sort of updates.  You have to use the IRS refund site for information.
