Hello, I filed my taxes on 1/28. They were accepted. I was able to check process on irs site. Now when I try, it says that they cannot give me any info on my refund?

Once the IRS has accepted your return, TurboTax does not receive any updates. Please call 800-829-1040
7 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time to speak with an IRS agent.
