Hi, I did it for the tax refund. my application was accepted. sent to my house. but i can't turn checki money. the banks in my country want a lot more money for me. Can I submit an American bank account again?

No you cannot. Sorry, but you will have to find a way in your own country. Try opening an account and depositing the check there.
