Hello, I am curious about the misspelt name on the check. Mine has to be "Chaiya" instead of "Chaya", now, I'm worried about whether it will work when I go to the bank.
The banker whom I went to meet said, it wouldn’t trouble me at all if my other information were right. And everything was right except for my name that has to be "Chaiya" not "Chaya"

They would issue the check exactly as you filed your return. If the bank said it wouldn't be an issue, why are you questioning it?

I just went to the bank again and they said it could not work because of the misspelled. Therefore, I am curious what to do

Talk to the branch manager.
If the bank knows you, they will take care of it.
This is one reason to visit inside the branch once in a while.
