Haven’t received FULL tax refund

This apparently happened last year in 2020. I opted for $30 to be removed from my refund to pay for Turbo Tax services and My refund amount was $2370 when I only received $1770. That’s $600 not $30. I placed a complaint with the BBB, I spoke to the IRS offsets department, I received my IRS transcripts request, and spoke to the IRS payer advocate and they all said it was not from them! Where’s my $600? Y’all started out little last year. I still haven’t received my refund this year and y’all have one acceptance date of 2/9/22 and tell me 2/10/22 on the phone so I don’t know why nothing reflects accurately. Y’all are causing a lot of problems for the IRS especially when they are so short staffed because of COVID. It’s time to break away from TPG if it’s solely them. I need help to receive my full payment rightfully so.

If you have verified it is not any of the other scenarios and you utilized the Pay with My Refund method, please reach out to the third-party processor, SBTPG.  You can do this at their Help page.  You can call using the numbers listed, or you can scroll down on the page and click Submit A Request
