Haven't filed taxes in the last 3 years I've been incarcerated in Florida prison? I do I do my taxes?

Don't know what to file?

Do you have any taxable income for any of those last 3 years?  Reported to you on a W-2 or Form 1099?  If not, there is no reason for you to file a tax return if you have no taxable income.

Use this IRS website to determine if you need to file - https://www.irs.gov/help/ita/do-i-need-to-file-a-tax-return

For 2020 and 2021, you might be eligible for a stimulus payment, unless the payment was already issued by the IRS.

If you have more than about $13,000 of taxable income (the amount varies by year), then you need to file a return.  Taxable income includes wages but it also includes prizes, business income, and investment income.  If your income was less, and you don't need to claim a stimulus payment, then you probably don't need to file.

If you need or want to file a return, you can buy Turbotax to install on your own Mac or PC, from the link at the bottom of this page Products for Previous Tax Years.  You can buy turbotax for  2020, 2021 and 2022.  IF you need to do an earlier return, you will need to do it by hand on paper, or use different software, or see a professional.
