Have anyone use Tax Audit from Turbo Tax? I am using them now...extremely frustrated.

Tax Audit...trying to contact someone...crickets.

If you purchased audit defense before you filed, follow these instructions.

Contact the TaxResources Tax Audit Defense Customer Service Department at (877) 829-9695,

by e-mailing intuit.audit.sales@taxaudit.com,

or online atintuit.taxaudit.com/intuit.

Yeah did that (sorry did not add more information) I open the case days ago...I am supposed to send response to the IRS tomorrow, yet only today Tax Audit realized I was missing documentation (because I was able to talk to someone)...calling them now but it is too late now they only work until 1:00pm PST....

The IRS usually gives you 30 days to respond to a notice. It sounds like you waited a few weeks after you got the notice before you contacted TaxAudit.com.

Ask them if they can ask the IRS to give you more time to respond.
