Have 2 EINS for estate. Wasn't sure went through so applied again. Have only used 2nd EIN in all transactions and will do 1041 using 2nd EIN. How do I delete 1st EIN?

Using TT to do decedent's 1040, but don't see anything about 1041.

"How do I delete 1st EIN?"

You can not "delete" your first EIN but you can follow the IRS procedure (link below) to close your account.

You will also need to use TurboTax Business to prepare and file a 1041 for the estate; TurboTax Home & Business is only capable of preparing income tax returns for individuals, not entities such as an estate.
