Has the IRS suspended offsetting refunds to collect back taxes that are owed from an old tax year? I have a refund. That took 2018, will I get 2019? I have filed.

If you owe back taxes the IRS will offset your tax refund to collect those taxes.  However, the offset is suspended for the stimulus check for everything except Child Care.
