Has anyone recieved a approval date i filed 1/24/17 and still no approval date and its 2/23/17 wmr is saying we have recieved your taxes an it is being processed still

This is whats happening if you received any EIC (Earned Income Tax Credit) or Child Credit the IRS did not start processing returns until 02/15/2017 and it can take 3-4 weeks for a refund to be issued.
