Green Dot has wrong mailing address,and the IRS has already applied my refund to them, what do I do

SBBT mails the Green Dot card to you.  You can contact Santa Barbara Bank & Trust (SBBT) customer service at 877-908-7228 or visit their website www.sbtpg.com. You will need to get them to block the existing card (assuming it was mailed to the wrong person) and issue you a new card.

My Arkansas state income tax of $193.00, was sent to the wrong green dot card. I have another one that I use since my house burned. Please tell me how I can change this routing and account number. My social is [social security number removed].
