Got an email about Product: 2022 MAX Tax Audit Defense Individual Form 1040 - Federal and State. I’m I getting audit?

Probably just a TurboTax advertisement offering audit protection.

It's too early to be getting an Audit for 2022.  The IRS hasn't even started processing 2022 returns yet.  They don't open until Monday Jan 23.  Did you file and sign up for Max?  Maybe a confirmation email?
