Got a refund, but was not supposed to according to Turbo Tax?

I filed my taxes through TurboTax on 2/28/22 and had to send a large amount as payment.  Today I got a refund check for over $2000 from the IRS, with no explanation.  Who will explain this refund to me and when?

The IRS will send you a letter in about   2 weeks.
