Got a letter in the mail from IRS to put W-2 so I can receive my state refund.Turbo only lets me amend my federal which I already received.How can I update W2 for state?

You can amend the state return by going through the state interview.  You can update the W2 for state by updating the W2 and make sure the income taxes withheld box for state has an amount in it.
