Fudged up my direct deposit

I messed up my direct deposit for 2020 taxes and my refund just got approved of Feb. 2 2022 when I check where's my refund it tells me

Your refund was sent to your bank on February 2, 2022 for direct deposit. If you have not received your refund, take the following steps:
  • Check with your bank to determine if your refund has been received;
  • Verify the routing and bank account numbers on your electronically filed return are correct; or
  • Call your preparer to verify the routing and bank account numbers are correct.

so I call turbo tax and they tell me to call the IRS to get it fixed and the IRS says to call Turbo tax

I am at a loss on what to do becuase I used my taxes to pay turbo tax

You cannot  change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted.  The IRS does not allow it.

If you e-filed:

Banking information for direct deposit is wrong

If you entered incorrect banking information for your refund, you can change it if your return is rejected.  If it is accepted, however, it is too late to change it.  The bank will reject the refund and send it back to the IRS.  Then the IRS will issue a paper check and mail it to the address you put on your tax return.  Expect a delay of at least a couple of weeks to receive your refund.

Here is what the IRS says about entering incorrect banking information
