FTB, additional documents required notice refund pending. Do I need to mail all this information in ? No one picks up the phone which they provided me to call.

Mail requested documents with a copy of the letter. 

As stated above by Bsch4477, you need to mail the documents requested. 

 

Per the FTB, if you do not send the required supporting documentation within 30 days of the date on your notice, we may deny all or some of your Cal EITC, YCTC and/or FYTC. Allow 8 weeks for us to review and respond to the documents you send. If you have questions about your notice, call 916-845-7088.
