Form 2645c

I received this letter today. I already received my refund in February 2024 for the 2023 year. 

Does this mean I’m getting audited?

No, it's not an audit. Letter 2645C means that the IRS has received some information (which might have been sent by you) and they need additional time to process it. There is nothing for you to do except wait.
