I filed all of my taxes but forgot about a form 5498-SA until it arrived in the mail today; what do I need to do to file it?

You don't have to do anything.
The Form 5498-SA is a statement of contributions (that information should have already been on your W2 form). The form is for information purposes only. It doesn't need to be entered on your tax return.
