font needs decreased for drop down year during payment process

I need to somehow change the size of the drop down when trying to use credit card for payment of transmission of taxes.  It won't display the full years available and of course starts at 2025 and I can't get to 2024.  I have used the big and small letter A in the bottom right hand without resolution.  Suggestions?

A trick that often works is to minimize the screen a little.  Hold down the control button (ctrl) while hitting the minus key ( - ) (just above the P).  Do that a few times and you should be able to see the bottom of the screen.
