First Niagara was sold to Key Bank. I still have the same routing number and checking account number. Do I have to change the name of the bank for the direct deposit?

It shouldn't matter that the bank name is incorrect. What matters most is that your routing number and account number are correct on the return since that is how the IRS will transmit your direct deposit to your bank.
