Finished my federal and state taxes, received a receipt from both entities, but Turbo Tax is still telling me I can't save or print my state tax return.

"I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. This is the first time I have been unable to see my Illinois tax forms when I save the PDF. It says they are not ready yet, but I have already paid my taxes and received a notification from the state treasury department. I try to sign up for email notification when the forms are ready and it says they can't complete my request. What's going on???"

I installed the fix and rebooted Turbo Tax. It asks me to pay for the Illinois tax return before it will boot up. The problem is I've already paid for the Illinois tax return filing and I'm not paying for it again.

Then contact TurboTax support and they will put the Illinois state program in your download account at no charge.
