Filling out Schedule C , the only options I have to fill is "No entry" "Uncprpy" and "Uncprpn". Is this an error? I need an option to select no to finish my return.

Where are you in the Schedule C?  What is the heading of the screen you are on?  Please clarify.

Please clarify what you are trying to enter.

  • I see that you're in TurboTax Self-Employed Online
  • I suspect you are in your business section
  • Are you in income or expenses?
  • If you're in expenses, what section are you in?
  • What is the heading on what you are trying to answer?

In a prior post you indicated that the items in question related to Lines HH, II, and KK on Form 568.  On CA Form 568, Lines HH, II, and KK contain the following questions:

HH -  Is the LLC a section 721(c) partnership, as defined in Treasury Regulations Section 1.721(c)-1T(b)(14)?

II - At any time during the tax year, were there any transfers between the LLC and its members subject to the disclosure requirements of Regulations section 1.707-8?

KK - Has this business entity previously filed an unclaimed property Holder Remit Report with the State Controller’s Office?

Uncprpy means "unclaimed property yes" and Uncprpn means "unclaimed property no."  Select the correct response for your business.

For the question relating to the Treasury regulation, there is the letter "y" and the letter "n" at the end of each term.  The "y" is the abbreviation for "yes," and the "n" is the abbreviation for "no."  Select the correct response for your business.
