Filed with turbo tax my tax refund was sent to green dot account I don’t have

How do I gain access to the green dot account where my refund was sent? The irs gave me an account and routing number I don’t know how to access it or get to it.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
