Filed then amended. Original filing showed 6000 refund.. Amended shows I Owe 2000. The bank shows the charge of -2000. Will i see the original refund sent to my bank?

We can't be sure.  We always recommend that the original return is fully process before filing an amendment.

• The IRS may have caught an error and corrected it.
• You won't know until you get a tax notice.
• Or the amended return could be processed and the original amount reduced.
• Or you could get the full refund in which case you would have to pay it back.
