Filed taxes in Feb. Got $ back on fed return but owed $ to state. Set up for the st to take directly out of account today but hasn't happened yet. Should I be worried?

You will want to confirm that you have set up direct debit (bank account information and payment date).  This is found on the (State) Information Worksheet.

You can verify the direct debit info that you entered when you filed by going to the (State) Information Worksheet.
Log in and from the left navigation bar go to:  Tax tools>Print center>Print, save or preview this year's return>2018 state return and Include government and TurboTax worksheets (optional)>View or print forms.
Look for the (State) Information Worksheet and depending on your state, the direct debit information will be in or around Part VI.
