Filed returns with tax due, scheduled for bank a/c debit on 4/15. Recd K1 form, hence amended return to be filled. Do I have to pay full tax due or just the difference?

If you already schedule a bank account debit for the balance due for your original return, you just need to send in the difference in the balance due with your Amended return.
