The IRS officially started accepted returns on 01/29/2018. It can take at least 3 weeks to go from acceptance to approval. If your return was accepted less than 21 days ago, hang in there.
You may or may not have been affected by the PATH act. It affects people claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) before mid-February 2018.
