Fiduciary Form 1041 Grantor Letter

All, just received a 1041 Grantor letter for a bankruptcy trust and can't figure out how to enter the info.  If I go under K-1 and choose 1041, I can only find a couple of items in TT that match my letter.  For example I have no idea how to enter the following information.....and my version of TT doesn't have a form 8949 or 4797.  Do I add up all the info listed under Other Income and then list it as a single total line item or what?  Can anyone please help me?
