Fees

I cancelled all of the extra promotions turbo tax offered by email and phone but was still charged, why?

There is an additional charge for state taxes with all products, except Free Edition. https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

 

Also, if you elect to pay your TurboTax fees with your refund, there is a fee for that as well.
