Federal

I filed my taxes on January 27th 2019, both my state and federal got accepted the next day. Just waiting on my federal. And icheck the status on it says its still processing. I had the earned income credit and child tax credit and apparently i was suppose to had been received it. It says processings. So when will know if its been approved. I been hounding the irs. I dont owe anyone. I had two w2s and claimed three kids. So whats going.

With the new tax laws and updates, the IRS is taking every precaution to ensure each tax return is process correctly and fully. There's no way to know when the IRS will update to refund approved. The best way to get an accurate direct deposit date is to continue checking the Where's My Refund tool on the IRS website. To track your Federal refund, visit the Where’s My Federal Refund? site here: https://www.irs.gov/refunds. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.
