Federal Tax Return Accepted 16-Feb, "track my refund" tool has no information

I e-filed federal taxes with TurboTax; I received the "Your federal return was accepted by the IRS" e-mail on 16-February.

It's now 18-March.  When I use the "track my refund" tool online (and via the phone) there is no information available.  I did married filing jointly, so tried both of our SS #s, no luck.

On the IRS site I entered the additional information of filing date and method (paper or electronic).  I get this message:

Refund Status Results
We cannot provide any information about your refund. Be sure to:

  • verify your filing date;
  • check with your tax preparer or tax software provider; or
  • verify you received your electronically filed acknowledgement e-mail.

If you filed a complete and accurate tax return, your refund should be issued within 21 days of the received date. However, processing may take longer under certain circumstances.

The IRS is behind in processing nearly 7 million tax returns, an early warning sign the agency is un...

In addition,  the IRS has just started sending out Stimulus #3, and it will take a few weeks for everyone to get theirs.  It comes separately, not as part of your 2020 tax refund.  See:
