Federal tax has been accepted, however State tax is still pending . I have filled my tax 4/14/2023 and today is 4/18/2023. Is that normal? IF not, What should I do?

Yes, it is normal that the agency takes a few days to acknowledge your e-file.  As long as you have e-filed it prior to the deadline, it will be considered timely filed.
