Federal being "processed "

I haven't worked since 2016 I was recently incarcerated a year got out in April did my taxes Jan 10th,  got accepted the 27th..  Then federal has been being processed for about a week maybe even two loat count an I haven't heard anything from my state what do I do?  , who do i call?  If I owe restitution will they take it?

If you were to owe anything to your state, there would be a refund offset.

Your state's Department of Revenue will send you a letter with an explanation.
