TT does not pay your taxes. It merely forwards your banking info to the IRS as part of your tax filing. But the
IRS is drowning in tax filing, stimulus payments, and leftover work from the 2019 COVID shutdown. Most likely, they just haven't gotten to processing your return and pulling your payment yet.
I and my son have a same situation, set the payment date on 4/15, not yet deducted as of 4/20/21.
