Every year I use TurboTax and it takes longer and longer for it to be excepted I was Except a month ago and still haven’t received and approved it

Most likely, because as of right now, they are not processing any tax returns.  They are currently not doing them because of the COVID-19 situation.  Its listed on their site.  

 

"Note: We are not currently able to process individual paper tax returns due to the COVID-19 outbreak."
