Estimated taxes transmitted twice

TurboTax seem to have transmitted my estimated taxes twice in my return:

  1. Estimated taxes paid and
  2. 2021 refund applied to 2022 taxes

TurboTax app does not show this twice, but it sent that way to IRS; app shows estimated taxes only in the estimated taxes (and not as 2021 refund applied to 2022 taxes). IRS sent me a letter for error.

I have associated screenshots. How do I report this error to Intuit. Also, if I made some mistake, I would like to know what mistake did I make so that I can avoid that error in future.

Turbotax does not make estimated tax payments or any tax payments for that matter. Either you made the payments twice or you only made them once but entered them twice. If the former you'll get a refund of the excess. If the latter the IRS will correct the estimated tax payments and send you a smaller refund or even a bill if you end up owing.
