Trying to file and get the refund advance. I keep receiving that error message that will not allow me to continue filing and I have went and checked and the accounts have the exact same information bc it's me!
If the primary taxpayer on your tax return isn't the account holder on your Credit Karma account, Credit Karma may not be able to process your advance. Check to see if the primary taxpayer on your tax return is the same person whose name the Credit Karma account is in.
