Here's a message I just sent to the IRS taxpayer support office. Please read it. It seems two invisible issues thwarted my efforts to efile: IRS would not accept last-year's AGY in lieu of PINS, perhaps because I used PINs recently ; and though TurboTax asked if I wanted a text message if there was a problem with efiling, I did not get one after either tries. Text messaging is the next best think to direct voice communication to catch someone's attention.

TurboTax asks if you want a e-mail or text to get the accept or reject message after you file.
The AGI depends on the IRS e-file database having the 2019 AGI and it is prone to errors.
See this TurboTax FAQ on how to find your AGI

You can get free 2019 tax transcript from the IRS
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
If you filed late last year there is a good chance that the 2019 AGI never was entered into the e-file database. Try using 0 (zero) for the AGI.
If you filed an amended return use the AGI on the first filed tax return.
If it continues to reject then the AGI in the IRS database might be in error. Mail filing is the only option.
