EFile Rejection

So for the first time ever all of a sudden I'm having problems with filing! First it tells me it couldn't efile my state return because of some ssn number bs. Cleared everything and started over. Everything goes thru. Yesterday I got rejected on both because of an "internal error" so I resent now I got rejected because of "duplicate W2". How?! Where?! This is pissing me off!!
