e-filing the only option they gave me if I wanted a refund advance with the set up direct deposit through my bank account and I did with their turbo card that I had from last year never got my refund advance or the offer like I was promised

😊 in process of efiling my federal taxes I was given an option for only direct deposit into my bank account if I wanted to receive a refund advance which they said I qualified for I really had no other option but to set up direct deposit for my bank account if I wanted that refund advance so I set it up but I set it up through their turbo card my turbo account card that I had from last year and they told me once my federal was accepted they would send me a link and I will qualify for the advance refund well it was accepted I never got a link never got a message the lady even walked me through it live cuz I thought it was funny they were asking for my bank account information and I never got nothing I did get my state taxes back still never got no link no message like they said they would send me once Federal  was accepted and it's pretty much the only reason why I set up direct deposit I really could have use that advance they offered me was the only reason why I set up the direct deposit through my account from last years turbo card and it's really disappointing it's upsetting I paid $300 this year to have my taxes done only thing I got  was my state taxes I got them pretty quick but I don't know and I had somebody live  walk me through it and help me think I'm done with turbo just so used to using them cuz I've used them for a long time but this year I don't know what happened but it was different and not right and not professional....wondering if anyone else has had anything like this happen to them I'm pretty bummed  I😔
