E-filing amended 2022 taxes not going through -- I was told this was being worked on and others had issue. fixed yet?

customer service rep I spoke to said others were having this issue, I had done everything correctly and to be keep trying. are there any updates ?

You may not be in a state that allows e-filing for an amended state return as most require paper filing. You can check the below TurboTax Help Article to see if your state allows e-filing an amended return.
