E-filed 1/14, accepted 1/15 WMR"TAKE ACTION! Processing your refund is delayed. Call if you have any questions"code 1541? Turbo/IRS doesnt show expected refund date. Why?

I called the IRS and got thru on Thursday. Anyone with EIC and CTC will have delayed refunds due to PATH Act. Refunds are supposed to start being released February 27th however that does not mean all will. The IRS is verifying the EIC and CTC are correct and there are no offsets before releasingthe refund.
