E-file status

I have e-file Federal & NJ state tax returns.  Federal return was accepted by IRS. NJ return was rejected due to an issue with the IRA distributions for e-file return. This issue has been resolved in a production release scheduled for March 26, 2020. I have download the latest updates and run Final Review.  When I printed the return before re-transmit I found the NJ printouts were same as before. My questions are:

1. Did the March 26 release resolve the issue already? Where can I find the updated release  was downloaded in my computer?

2. Do I need to re-transmit my Federal return (Didn't change any information) in addition to NJ state return?

The update should be in affect so you can efile the New Jersey return.  You do not "re-transmit' the federal return- see How do I e-file my state after I already filed my federal?
