You don't tell people they are going to be charged from BOTH State and Federal refunds. That is one of the worst business practices I have ever come across. If I had been told this would happen, I'd have been fine with it. But it's the sneaky underhanded practice of not disclosing this upfront that makes me so **bleep** mad!!! I have used Turbo Tax for years but this is the last time. H&R Block from now on.
