We can’t help you directly, we can’t access your tax return. We can point you in the right direction.
First, make sure your return was accepted.
Second, check to IRS web site to see if it was paid.
Then, come back here with your results and we can tell you the next steps.

OK ... it the return was efiled successfully then YOU have to track down the refund, TT cannot do this for you since it has no info or control once the return has been filed ... in the second post you finally say the IRS has released the refund and to call TT which means you asked for the TT fees to be withheld from the fed refund ... sent to the processing bank then either sent to you or to a debit card whichever you choose to do. TT has done it's job and so there cannot/will not be any refunding of the TT fees.
Once your return has been accepted (received) by the government, they take over the refund status update duties, since they hold the purse strings. The status in TurboTax will remain as "accepted."
Use the IRS Where's My Refund site for the latest word on your federal tax refund, and your state government's refund lookup service for the latest on your state refund.
