Does TurboTax Deluxe support Schedule D for 2019 tax returns? It has in the past, but it didn't even offer it this year.

The TurboTax Deluxe online edition has never supported a Schedule D. 

Only the Premier online edition or higher supports Schedule D.

 

Any of the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions support Schedule D - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
